In Vayakhel, Bnei Yisrael gathered together, strangers united for a shared purpose just as we did at the Voice of the People Conference. After the failure of the Golden Calf, the people had the chance to make amends by contributing to the Mishkan, bringing whatever their hearts inspired them to give. We, too, contribute not with gold or silver, but with our skills, ideas, and dedication to the Jewish people.

We upgrade our technology constantly, but when it comes to tradition, we cherish what’s passed down candlesticks, Kiddush cups, and seder plates that connect us across generations. Today, our contribution isn’t physical objects but ideas: fighting antisemitism, strengthening Israel-Diaspora ties, and ensuring our heritage endures.

Now, after an unforgettable week in Haifa, we return to our corners of the world as torchbearers of this mission. Like the menorah, the emblem of Israel, our role is to bring light. The conference may be over, but our work is just beginning – show them the light, help them see the light.
